Ace Core, operated by Ace Nutrition, comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Free trial

New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial and you can cancel at any time before it ends to avoid being billed.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used to purchase, or
• Contact Ace Nutrition support and we will help you through Paddle.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
