1. Who we are

This Privacy Notice describes how Ace Nutrition ("we", "us"), the operator of the Ace Core service, collects and uses your personal data. Ace Nutrition acts as the data controller for personal data collected through the Service.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, login credentials.
  • Nutrition & match data: meals you scan, match timelines, and any preferences you enter.
  • Support messages: content you send us when contacting support.
  • Usage & device data: pages visited, actions taken, device identifiers, IP address, browser and operating system.
  • Cookies: essential cookies required for login and session management.

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • Providing the Service and your account (performance of a contract).
  • Processing payments and subscriptions via our Merchant of Record (contract and legal obligation).
  • Product improvement, analytics, and security (legitimate interests).
  • Customer support (contract and legitimate interests).
  • Complying with legal obligations (legal obligation).

4. Who we share data with

  • Service providers / subprocessors that host our infrastructure, store data, run analytics, and provide AI features used to analyse meals.
  • Paddle.com Market Ltd. as our Merchant of Record for the sale of subscriptions, payment processing, subscription management, tax compliance, invoicing, and customer service related to payments.
  • Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
  • Authorities where required by law.

5. International transfers

Some of our providers are located outside your country of residence. Where personal data is transferred internationally we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. When data is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Where GDPR applies you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority. We aim to respond to rights requests within one month.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege administration — to protect your personal data.

9. Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you logged in and to run the Service. We do not currently use advertising cookies. Where analytics cookies are used they are limited to aggregate product usage.
